Can we do the call in another language?
Of course. We work in English, Spanish, Hindi and Nepali, so pick whichever language you'd rather think in. Just say so in the notes and we'll set the call up that way.
Do I need to already be in Australia?
No. We work with people who are still at home planning the move and with people already here on another visa. Tell us your city and we'll find a time that isn't 3am for you.
What if I pick the wrong consultation type?
Nothing breaks. Migration goes to our registered agent and study goes to our education team. If your request lands with the wrong one, we hand it across internally and tell you we've done it.
Can I move or cancel the time later?
Yes, just reply to the confirmation message and we'll find another slot. Life happens, and we'd rather move a call than have you skip it.
