Someone wants to hire you. Now for the paperwork.
An Australian employer can sponsor you for a role they can't fill locally. It's the most direct route here, and the most procedural.
The business has to be approved. The role has to be nominated. Then your visa is decided. Three steps, three sets of rules, and they all have to line up. We handle all three, for you and for your employer.

Temporary, for a set period, tied to that role. For most people this is the way in rather than the destination.
Then, permanent from the day it's granted
A higher bar to clear, and often easier to reach once you've been in the role a while.

Labour Agreements & DAMA
If your occupation isn't on the standard lists, or your English or experience falls just short, these agreements between the government and certain employers or regions can change what's possible. Not common, but worth asking about before you assume the door is closed.
What actually decides it
Your occupation, your experience in it, what your employer is prepared to commit to, and whether the role is genuine and properly paid.
Your occupation
Your experience
Employer commitment
A genuine, paid role
That last one is checked far more closely than people expect.

Most first-time sponsors don't know what "genuine position" means to the Department, or what evidence they'll need to keep for years afterward. We brief them directly, so you're not the one relaying instructions between two parties who've never spoken.

If you already have an offer, the order things happen in matters. And if your employer has never sponsored anyone before, they'll need guiding too. We do that side as well.
